Eat While You Are With Us!
At the Falls Retreat Center of Saint Miriam, we provide three well-balanced meals per day, and snacks for in-between! All of our meals are prepared fresh and daily by our staff with consideration to any dietary and special diet restrictions.
Breakfast options:

- Breads for toast with jam (seasonally flavored)

Lunch
- Make your own sandwiches

- Often ‘grilled outdoors’ depending on season and weather permitting

Be sure to grab and go while on a hike up to the falls, or around the campus to visit all the attractions and grounds, including the falls!

Your needs are important to us!
We strive to provide as much information as possible about the ingredients in each meal. We do have vegetarian options available. Our style of cooking draws on healthy, wholesome eating options. Wherever possible, our food is locally sourced to support farmers and produce growers. Our food is consciously prepared with the intention to nourish body, mind, and spirit.
